About Attest:

Attest is a unique practice exam engine in a few ways. The goal in mind when building Attest was to offer fellow Flex Developers a standard way of measuring their readiness when preparing to take the Adobe Flex 3 Developer Certification. Of course we, as Flex or Flash developers, know that combing through the Adobe livedocs can be tedious. With thousands of pages to read through, how do we know which ones to focus on? This is where Attest comes in. The countless hours of pouring through code can be shortened dramatcially by utilizing Attest in your quest for certification. Attest already did the hard work for you, now you just need to focus on the information provided. The built-in web browser makes things simple as can be when reviewing your results to ensure that you spend more time studying what you're supposed to learn as opposed to flipping through page after page of content trying to find samples of code. If you get an answer incorrect, you will find a helpful explanation with a link below that will take you to the the Adobe livedocs page that's relevant to the question.

With Attest, you can save and view your results again at a later date and compare your own progress to get a better understanding of just how ready you are to sign up for the actual exam. Attest currently has 2 full-size, 50 question, 60 minute exams, and a few minis that closely mock Adobe's Flex 3 Developer exam and expose the deepest understanding of the concepts needed as a Flex developer to pass the exam in one shot. You may also find the mini tests helpful, they are shortened to 30 minutes and 25 questions to help you refresh your memory when approaching your actual exam date.

Attest emulates the actual Adobe Flex 3 Developer certification exam in that it focuses on the topics relevant to the exam itself. It is not a teaching tool for beginners to Adobe Flex, but rather, it is a helpful program to hone your skills specifically in line with passing this exam. The tests give you 60 minutes to complete 50 questions. When you finish a test, you will be shown your results page with a window that breaks down the percentages of each area you got correct. For example, the Adobe Flex exam usese five sections to make up the exam: UI, System Architecture, Programming Fundamentals, Remote Data, and AIR. Attest uses the same set up and percentages to guage your strengths and weaknesses in order to help you more fully guage your readiness for exam day.
